Grapefruit Bellini
A hint of grapefruit and just the right amount of sparkle.
Ingredients
• 1 oz Grapefruit Liqueur
• 1 oz Peach Syrup
• Avissi Prosecco
Directions
1. Combine Liqueur and Peach Syrup in a mixing tin
2. Fill tin 2/3 with ice, cap, and shake vigorously
3. Strain into a champagne flute
4. Fill glass with Avissi Prosecco
5. Garnish with fresh grapefruit wedge
