Cocktail Tips & Tricks

Master the Art of Crafting the Best Prosecco Cocktails

Chill Everything:
The best cocktails are made with cold Prosecco and cold mixers. Warm ingredients kill bubbles in sparkling wine fast.

Add Prosecco Last:
Always build your cocktail first, then top with Prosecco. This preserves the bubbles and prevents overflow.

Stir Gently:
Over-stirring releases carbonation. One or two gentle stirs is enough.

Use Fresh Juice:
Freshly squeezed citrus makes a world of difference.

Don’t Overfill:
Leave room at the top of the glass for garnishes and to appreciate aromas.

Quality Matters:
A cocktail is only as good as its ingredients. Start with high-quality Prosecco like Avissi and the rest falls into place.

Batch It:
For parties, prepare everything except the Prosecco ahead of time. Top glasses with bubbly as guests arrive.
