Fizzy Mint Julep
Add a sparkle to this timeless Southern sipper.
Ingredients
• 4 mint leaves
• ¾ oz simple syrup
• 3 oz Avissi Prosecco
• 1 oz Amador Double Barrel Bourbon
• 1 dash bitters (such as Angostura)
• Garnish: Lemon twist and mint leaves
Directions
Muddle mint leaves and simple syrup in a glass.
Add Avissi Prosecco, Amador Double Barrel Bourbon, and bitters.
Fill glass partway with crushed ice and stir gently to combine.
Mound more crushed ice on top and garnish with a mint sprig and a lemon twist.
