Rosemary and Avissi Prosecco add an extra pop of flavor.

Ingredients

• 2 oz Avissi Prosecco chilled
• 1 oz fresh ruby red grapefruit juice
• 1 ½ oz Hanson of Sonoma® Organic Mandarin Vodka chilled
• ½ oz rosemary simple syrup*
• Garnish: Grapefruit Peel

Rosemary Simple Syrup Ingredients:
• 1 cup water
• 1 cup sugar
• 1/4 cup rosemary sprigs

Directions

In a shaker, pour the grapefruit juice, vodka and honey syrup over crushed ice.
Shake well and strain into a glass. Top with the Prosecco.
Swirl gently with a sprig of rosemary and serve with grapefruit peel for garnish.

Rosemary Simple Syrup Directions:
Combine water, sugar, and rosemary sprigs in a small saucepan.
Bring to a boil, stirring until sugar dissolves. Simmer for 1 minute.
Remove from heat and let syrup steep, about 30 minutes.
