Mango Tajin Mimosa
Chamoy, tajin, and a lime wheel make this a festive sparkling sipper.
Ingredients
• 4 oz Avissi Prosecco
• 2 oz mango nectar
• ½ oz lime juice
• Chamoy, tajin, lime wheel, for garnish
Directions
First, rim your champagne coupe.
Pour chamoy and tajin onto two small plates and dip the glass into the chamoy, then tajin to rim.
Flip over and pour Avissi Prosecco into a champagne coupe.
Top with mango nectar and lime juice.
Garnish with a lime wheel.
