Pompelmo Spritz
Rosemary and Avissi Prosecco add an extra pop of flavor.
Ingredients
• 3 oz Avissi Prosecco
• 1 oz dry gin
• 2 oz fresh grapefruit juice
• 1-2 oz soda water
• Grapefruit slice and rosemary sprig, for garnish
Directions
Fill a large wine glass with ice and add Avissi Prosecco, gin and grapefruit juice.
Give it a quick stir then top with soda water and garnish with a grapefruit slice and a sprig of rosemary.
