Summer Strawberry Mimosa
Fresh Strawberries and Avissi Prosecco add an extra pop of flavor.
Ingredients
COCKTAIL INGREDIENTS
• 4 oz Avissi Prosecco
• 2 oz strawberry puree (recipe follows)
• Fresh strawberry, for garnish
PUREE INGREDIENTS
• 16 oz fresh strawberries, washed and hulled
• 2 Tbsp lemon juice
• 2 Tbsp sugar
Directions
COCKTAIL DIRECTIONS
Pour Avissi Prosecco into a champagne flute and top with strawberry puree.
Garnish with a strawberry.
STRAWBERRY PUREE DIRECTIONS
Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender until smooth.
Adjust sugar and lemon juice to taste.
